The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and has no forms. It loads nothing from other companies. The only personal data involved is what any web server needs to deliver a page, and whatever you choose to send us by email.

Visiting this site

This site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver a page and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t keep our own visitor logs. Data may be processed outside the EU. For transfers to the USA, Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by Fastmail. We delete messages once they’re no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Links to our products

Propklar and Rechoose have their own websites and privacy policies. Those apply as soon as you follow a link to them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it. You can also object to how we process it (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To do any of this, email us.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
